This hotel has a great location, just a block away from the 86th Street subway station and right off Broadway. Plus, it's so close to Central Park, which was a major highlight for me. The cleanliness was impressive, with both the room and bathroom looking fresh and new. On top of that, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. a fantastic experience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location on Manhattan's Upper West Side was ideal, as it was close to Central Park and the metro line 1, providing easy access to various places of interest.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
