The staff at this hotel was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and had amazing views. The food was great, especially the rooftop restaurant. The hotel also had access to sister properties for even more amenities and activities.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful view of the lagoon from all rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with housekeeping quick to respond and efficient. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service, with a special shoutout to hostess Shamar at the Altitude Restaurant. The location was convenient, with walking distance to nearby restaurants and nightlife, as well as easy access to other Secrets sister properties.
