The hotel is incredibly clean and offers a relaxed and calm environment. Its location is perfect, being so close to Palm Canyon Drive, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great.

We had a fantastic stay at this architecturally historical property near downtown. The William Cody room was lovely, cozy, and clean with a great view of the pool and mountains. The hotel facilities, including the pool area with water misters and enjoyable music, were pleasant and relaxing. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from shops and restaurants in the city center.
We loved the hotel's gorgeous architecture and the unique furnishings in the comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with special thanks to Steve who went above and beyond. The complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The hotel's location within easy walking distance of many activities and great restaurants made it a convenient choice. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and the availability of parking were excellent.

I had a fantastic stay with a marvelous bed and amazing mountain views from my upstairs suite. The hotel facilities were up to the expected aesthetic, and the pool area was perfect for meeting other travelers. The location was ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and museums. The staff were nice and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and clean room for a peaceful getaway.
There was nothing I didn't like.
