The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a well-equipped gym with a great view. Our master suite was incredibly spacious and had a stunning view. The choice of dining options was wonderful, and the entertainment varied each night. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, including a special treatment in the executive lounge. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The hotel provided convenient parking options, and transportation to nearby locations was easily accessible. The location was perfect, with plenty of activities to do on the beach just a short distance away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service throughout our entire trip. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful and well-maintained property. We particularly enjoyed the infinity pool, which offered stunning views. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the water park and beach activities.
All was good.
The food was amazing everywhere, and room service was outstanding. The bartender, Hector, at the 9th floor lounge bar was the best I've ever had. The rooftop pool had stunning views, and the wait staff was exceptional, always bringing drinks and food. The hotel was exceptionally clean with sanitation stations at every corner. The customer service was impeccable, and I received great assistance from Ivonne for my transportation.
