We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a great variety of foods to choose from. The staff, especially Rodriguez from the Serenity Reception, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel in a luxury resort provided a beautiful and tranquil setting for our vacation.

The food was exceptional, with a variety of options at the A La carte restaurants and a well-stocked mini bar in the room. The daily cleaning service was fantastic, and I appreciated the convenience of 24-hour room service.
