We loved the hotel's amazing location, with easy access to the Riverwalk mall without stepping a foot outside. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a clean and comfortable room with outstanding views of the passing cruise ships on the river. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to many events and attractions allowed us to easily walk to the aquarium and enjoy the city's vibrant atmosphere.

I had a smooth check-in process and found my room to be impeccably clean and pleasant. The view of the river was an added bonus, and I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the zip check-out option. Additionally, the gym at the hotel was excellent, with ample space and good lighting. I also appreciated the presence of a sports bar within the hotel, which was a great spot to unwind. Lastly, the hotel's location was fantastic, offering easy access to the outlet shopping mall and many New Orleans attractions. It was especially convenient to be near Jackson Square, which is an incredible place to visit.

The hotel's cleanliness, fantastic location away from the craziness of Bourbon St but close enough to walk to Jackson square, explore the warehouse/art district, head to Harrah's or take a riverboat cruise. The staff, especially Bruce, a Goodwill Ambassador in the Security Dept, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with great restaurants offering both upscale and reasonable dining options. The hotel's parking and transportation were convenient, making it easy to explore this city and its nightlife. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
