I loved how clean and cozy the rooms were, with cheerful decor. The hotel had great amenities, including a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was perfect; I could easily walk to Deep Ellum and it was a short drive to the West End, the Perot museum, and the Dallas World Aquarium. The staff was amazing, always waving and smiling. They even offered a complimentary shuttle within a 3-mile radius.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. They provided a complimentary shuttle service within a three-mile radius, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel itself had a laid-back and beach resort-like atmosphere, which was a pleasant surprise in this urban setting. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the newly refurbished facilities added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, being just a short 10-minute walk to the lively music venues and bars of Deep Ellum. We highly recommend paying a little extra for the delicious breakfast served in the in-house restaurant.
Can't fault anything about it.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, and as soon as I checked in, I felt the sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and had a sweet old charm to them. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering assistance whenever I needed it. I also loved the hotel's history and the history of the surrounding area, which added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, with lots of fun shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was close to the free bus service pickup and right across the road from the Municipal Building, which added a unique touch to my stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The hotel had high-speed wifi, even during peak hours. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and the Omni. The view from my room was great, and the bed with a high mattress and four pillows made for a comfortable sleep. The color scheme of the hotel and rooms, with calming blue and yellow tones, was welcoming. The breakfast area offered a good variety of choices. The hotel employed older staff, which I appreciate, and there were many businesspeople staying there, indicating its overall quality.
Everything is what I need and want.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room had a comfortable bed with good pillows, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, although the water flow in the shower could have been better. Both the room and the lobby were bright and impeccably clean, creating a pleasant ambiance. The hotel's location was fantastic for exploring the downtown area on foot, as it was situated right beside a park. This was a huge plus for me, as I was able to take my dog for walks conveniently. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant and bar on-site. I also appreciated the proximity to other restaurants and shops, as it made dining and shopping options easily accessible. Lastly, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
Almost perfect.
