We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, from valet to maid service, was amazing. They were all extremely personable, courteous, and had great senses of humor. The pool staff, especially Jason, were excellent and made our time by the pool enjoyable. The cocktails made by Jason were superb, like my husband's refreshing Cucumber Collins. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of Old Town and close to downtown. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool area, were top-notch. The bar happy hour, with great music at night, was a highlight. We also loved the delicious food served and the theme of the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great balcony. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel's decor was quirky but cool, and I loved the spacious room and comfortable bed. The huge soaking tub was a nice touch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool was great, with attentive pool staff who brought glasses of water to everyone. The location was excellent, with over 20 restaurants within a mile, and it was easy to walk everywhere during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for the AIA-CRAN gathering. The location was perfect for our residential architects' event. Being in the tower facing the street made it convenient for the attendees to access transportation and parking. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to downtown Scottsdale allowed us to take evening walks and enjoy lunch breaks and dinners at nearby restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and managed our corporate functions exceptionally well. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious. it was a great experience.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful and spacious room that had a cool and designer vibe. The cleanliness was outstanding, and I was impressed by the attention to detail. The location in the Old Town area was perfect, with its old-style western architecture and nearby art galleries showcasing local artists. Plus, being located between Phoenix and this city made it convenient for exploring the area, including a trip to the Grand Canyon.
