The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, with a perfect score for our room. The staff went above and beyond in recommending local restaurants and places to walk to. The location was ideal, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many tourist attractions.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The location in the Chicago South Loop area was perfect for accessing all the attractions in the Loop and The Grand Park. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was also great.

Clean and comfortable room with great views from the Eames chair next to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Fantastic dining experiences at the Grant Park Bistro in the lobby. Appreciated the extra details like the qi charger on the alarm clock, robe and slippers, and bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror. Perfect location in the Chicago South Loop area, close to all the attractions in the Loop and with a park across the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with an immaculate room and a large modern bathroom. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a great stay. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better, as it was right near a bus stop and only two blocks from the metro. This made it easy for me to explore the city, including being close to the Conference Center. The staff were also incredible, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, addressing our issues promptly. The hotel's location was perfect, close to attractions and within walking distance of Millennium Park. The view from our window was great, overlooking the city's iconic landmark. The rooms were clean and the hotel had excellent facilities, including a nice gym.
