The location and view were great, right on the Nile. The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities, including a bank onsite. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. They even upgraded my room to an executive room. The hotel had easy access to transportation and was conveniently located near major tourist attractions in Giza. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious, and the Indian restaurant had good food and reasonable prices. I especially want to thank Silvia at the front desk and Eman Gaber in the restaurant for their exceptional service.

The room was highly hygienic, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near the Nile river, the Egyptian museum, and a small mall. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from within the hotel itself. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. It was easy to reach the hotel and find taxis or use Uber for transportation. The option to pay on arrival and accept international banking cards was convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right at the heart of the city, with stunning views of the surroundings. The staff, especially Fathma, were all very friendly and helpful during our check-in process. The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing, with the best view of the nearby river. Despite being in a central location, the room was soundproof and provided a peaceful escape from the busy city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the restaurants, particularly Breezes and OPIA, served delicious and high-quality food. I must mention the incredible sunset view from OPIA - it was truly unmatched. Special thanks to Ahmed for keeping our rooms tidy and clean throughout our stay.
