The pool was nice and spacious, with short bar lines and friendly bartenders. The staff throughout the resort were very nice and helpful. The buffet had great food and you never went hungry.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The hotel had top-notch facilities, including clean and comfortable rooms with great noise isolation and blackout curtains. The staff, especially the butler Daniel, front desk/customer service Diego, and restaurant staff Franco and Daniel, were all excellent. The pool parties were fun and entertaining, and the check-in process was smooth. The food was mostly stellar, with only one bad meal out of about 12. I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

The facilities were top-notch, with beautiful and quiet tower rooms available. The hotel offered a variety of activities to suit different tastes, including fun pool parties and themed nights at the outdoor club. The cleanliness of the resort was excellent, and the food in all the themed restaurants was superb. The staff were attentive and sweet, always remembering my favorite drinks. The location was perfect, close to everything the resort had to offer. it was an amazing experience.

The hotel had a great location on the beach, and the beach front area was clean with powder sand and crystal clear water. The pool area was also well-maintained and kept guests entertained throughout the day. The food at the themed restaurants was exceptional, and the breakfast options were delicious. I was impressed with the attentive service from the staff, who always greeted me with a smile and were quick to fulfill any of my requests.
