I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Ji In at the front desk, was exceptional and provided amazing understanding and support during check-out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The location on George's Island was perfect for sightseeing in the downtown area, and the hotel offered convenient parking options. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff's service was outstanding.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was amazing, with a beautiful view of the harbour and the excitement of cruise ships arriving right in front. I enjoyed taking walks along the piers, especially Pier 21, and exploring the waterfront area with its performers, bars, and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was very comfortable. I also appreciated the option to rent gym gear and the delicious food in the restaurant. the hotel had a lovely and luxurious ambience.
Almost perfect.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and professional. The view of the harbor from our room was fantastic, and we never had to wait long for an elevator.
Not one thing stood out negatively.
