Placed 3.2 km to Folly Beach County Park, the charming Tides Folly Beach Hotel includes views of the Atlantic Ocean. Boasting an outdoor swimming pool along with an à la carte restaurant, this 3-star full-service hotel is located within easy reach from Folly Beach Pier.

Tides Folly Beach Hotel offers on-site breakfast in the restaurant. Blu restaurant features a spacious terrace, and entices guests with seafood cuisine. The pool bar is a brilliant place to grab a cold drink or a specialty cocktail. The bar area includes a spacious terrace and a lounge.

The beachfront property is placed about 35 km from Charleston International airport and a 5-minute stroll from Slice of folly. The welcoming hotel is adjacent to the semi-private beach.

Great location, friendly staff, cozy bar and coffee shop, and fair pricing.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location right on the beach was unbeatable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and had a unique mid-century look. We also loved the hotel facilities, including the heated pool, bar, and restaurants on site. The buffet breakfast was delicious and well worth the price. this hotel provided us with a wonderful experience.
Couldn't stay longer. Limited availability of working elevators was inconvenient and resulted in long wait times.
We loved how close the hotel was to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as the staff was constantly sweeping and maintaining a tidy environment. It was also great to have a rinse off station by the door, allowing us to easily clean off any sand before entering the hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and shopping options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the overall appeal of the facility was great. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with a little lady continuously cleaning and sanitizing door handles. The hotel's location right by the beach and pier was perfect for walks on the beach and enjoying the Polar plunge festivities. The staff, especially Brittany Combs at the front desk, were extremely helpful, professional, and patient with us during our visit.
Almost perfect.
I had an amazing stay with very pretty rooms and a lovely beach location. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. I enjoyed the convenience of the outside bar area and restaurant, where I could easily walk straight out onto the beach. Additionally, I loved the on-site coffee shop and the fact that the hotel was conveniently located close to several entertaining attractions, including Charleston.
