The room was amazing with a comfortable bed, AC, cable TV, and a well-stocked minibar fridge. The hotel facilities included beautiful pools and a stunning beach. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
All was perfect.
The room was fantastic, with a spacious 1 bedroom suite that was even bigger than my apartment back home. The balcony with a hammock was a nice touch, and the grounds were well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy for my kids to fall asleep. The hotel offered a great breakfast and the staff, particularly César Soberanis, provided excellent service and advice. The beach was beautiful with free snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking available, and it was convenient to catch a ferry to nearby Isla Mujeres.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely spectacular - we were upgraded to a spacious 1 bedroom suite that was even bigger than our apartment back home! The balcony with the hammock was a nice touch, and the hotel grounds were well-kept and beautiful. The hotel staff, especially Aaron and Enrique at the poolside bar, provided excellent service and made our trip even more enjoyable. The buffet offered a nice variety of food, and the service from Alfredo, Jesus, and the other staff members was amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to the beach and also had a nearby pier for tours. this was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Cancun.
