We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff ensuring that everything was up to date and the room always spotless. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the spacious rooms with modern amenities and the beautiful pools and beach area. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and always being helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. everything about our stay was of the highest quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor facilities and the spa. We also loved the convenience of the parking and transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the nearby malls and try out different restaurants in the area. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the city skyline and quick access to the beach. The staff were amazing, providing exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we left. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options for a delicious start to our day.

The hotel was incredibly clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of sun beds available and attentive staff who provided towels and free bottled water. The location was also great, with the hotel situated on the Palm and close to other restaurants to try out.

The hotel had modern, clean, and spacious rooms, with one of the best bathrooms I've experienced in Dubai. The staff provided excellent service, with everyone being attentive and ready to help with any requests. The restaurant offered a variety of tasty and fresh meals, and the service was prompt and efficient. The beach had a nice atmosphere, with plenty of staff ensuring safety and comfort. There were three kids zones available, which were sufficient for a few days' stay with young children. The housekeeping service was impressive, as the rooms were cleaned twice a day, ensuring cleanliness and order.
For us, it was ideal.
