We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The atmosphere in this city was amazing and we truly enjoyed everything it had to offer. From the moment we were dropped off in the taxi, we were impressed. The hotel looked fantastic from the road, but it got even better when we entered the reception area. The room was pure luxury and had a great view of both the strip and mountains. We loved that the room was turned down every night and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable, although a bit smaller than we had anticipated. The hotel had plenty of bars and food outlets with a great choice. We also loved that it was right in the center of town and provided easy access to many cool sites, including the beautiful Bellagio fountain show in the immediate neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Our towels were changed every day and the maids were always pleasant and helpful.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The location was the biggest plus of the place - we were in the centre of the Vegas strip and close to everything at the strip. Our room in the Augustus tower was spacious and clean with a lovely, large bathroom. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering a range of dining options at different price points. The staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive, ensuring that our room was well maintained and clean during our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we were upgraded to in the Augustus tower had a stunning view and a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the linen and marble in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the strip, making it easy to explore all the other casinos and attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the good quality breakfast served in the 24-hour restaurant. The staff, especially Chris at the box office, went above and beyond to be helpful. We were impressed by their excellent service.
