Reviews
Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and a large flatscreen TV with a great variety of channels. The staff, except for one person, was excellent with children and very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to explore the area and visit attractions like the Grand Ole Opry. There are also plenty of fast food options nearby, as well as a Walgreens and garage shop across the road.
Nothing, all was good.
Clean and comfortable beds, with a refreshing pool. Close to major attractions.
Nothing not to like.
We had a fantastic 4-night stay here. The hotel was conveniently located between downtown and Opryland, making it easy to access both areas. Our room looked newly renovated, except for a minor issue with the bathroom door. The exterior of the hotel was appealing with bright red doors. There were plenty of food options nearby, and a Walmart just up the road. The staff was accommodating, despite a small disagreement about the total price. The breakfast, though limited, was sufficient for us. we were satisfied with the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, as well as the helpfulness of the staff.
Nothing that we didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay here! The room was clean and served its purpose perfectly for a good night's rest. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to main routes and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also great that the hotel had parking facilities, which was convenient when traveling by car. Additionally, the staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel had a terrific location, right between downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. Close to I-65 and I-40, it was convenient for traveling musicians or families visiting this city. The cleanliness was impressive, with constant cleaning and maintenance around the property. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful when I lost my keycard, and they even reduced the deposit fee for me.
Nothing to fault.
