We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the convenient location, and the helpful staff. The room was lovely and clean, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance to the Crypto Arena and right down the street from the convention center. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, allowing us to easily find delicious meals. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great time. One particular staff member, Mike, stood out as outstanding. He helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and he followed up with us daily to ensure we were enjoying our visit. His friendly and caring nature made our stay even more memorable.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in downtown LA. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the nearby attractions in the LA downtown area. The hotel was also conveniently located next to the convention center where I had an event to attend. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, especially Alby, Gilbert, and Ida, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in experience as a Bonvoy member was seamless, and the staff were efficient and thorough in explaining the adjustments made to make my stay more comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pool and the city skyline. The room service was excellent, with a delicious pizza and prompt service.

Everything about this hotel was perfect.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for me. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely pool. The location was ideal, as it was close to downtown and just next to the convention center where I needed to be. It was also within walking distance to all the nearby attractions and Staples Center. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always friendly and attentive.
