We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we couldn't fault them. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind and enjoy the city views. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was within walking distance to Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, 5th Avenue, and several subway stops. On a mild temperature day, we were able to explore the city easily and even ventured a little north to sit on the steps at the Met. The hotel's proximity to local restaurants made it convenient for quiet nights out, and we were able to easily catch taxis to the busier parts of the city. we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the prime location this hotel offered.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel had great facilities, including a mini bar in the room and a spacious room with a large television. The location was perfect, right next to Lincoln Center and the Metropolitan Opera, and only a short distance away from Times Square and the 5th Avenue shopping district. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge, which offered beautiful views of Broadway, Columbus Circle, and Central Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us as tourists. We were able to easily explore the theatre district and midtown on foot. The hotel is situated in a nice upper west side district, with great coffee shops and delis nearby. We felt safe and secure with the presence of staff at the front door. Additionally, being close to Central Park was a major plus, despite some unfortunate circumstances in the area.
Can't fault anything about it.
