The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff. The room was clean and well-decorated, with added touches that made our stay extra comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which included made-to-order omelettes and great food. The staff was extremely helpful and resolved any issues we had in no time. The convenient location allowed us to easily access transportation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

We loved the convenient location close to the center of downtown Miami. It was within walking distance to many attractions and also near the Metrorail Government Centre station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-decorated room that had a coffee maker and mini bar. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
