I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything - shops, the John Lewis car park, and right beside the shops. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always friendly, caring, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had excellent transportation options nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were absolutely superb, although a bit high for shorter people. They were extremely comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a superb choice and excellent value for the money. We also really appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water in our suite. The staff were very polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel's location right in the city centre provided us with beautiful views overlooking L1, and we were conveniently close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. this hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

We loved the hotel's central location, with stunning views of L1 and easy access to the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Jonathan, who went above and beyond to assist us with parking and directions.
