The staff, including a very professional and polite employee named Dana, provided excellent customer service. They were also knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and shopping. The security patrols made us feel safer, and the drinks at the bar, particularly the ones made by Hope, were great. We loved that they added more plug-in sockets near the bed, making it convenient for us to charge our gadgets. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to 6th street.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with outstanding facilities. The hotel's location in downtown was perfect - we were close to everything and didn't need to rely on transportation. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant, with the eggs Benedict being the best we've ever had. However, what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service. We were impressed by their professionalism and politeness, particularly Dana, who went above and beyond to assist us.

The location was perfect for us, with lots of restaurants and outdoor activities within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the smooth check-in process to the assistance provided by the concierge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large and clean bathroom and shower area, as well as a very comfortable bed. the parking was easy to navigate and there was a great rooftop pool where we could safely distance ourselves during our stay.
