We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Nicole at the front desk, greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude. They were always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Central Park and close to public transportation. It only took us 15 minutes to walk to Times Square, and the Rockerfeller Centre was also easily accessible. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff in general were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, offering a fantastic view of a famous park and being right in the center of the city. The hotel was clean and had convenient facilities. The staff, especially our waiter Atek, were very helpful and kind.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The location is incredible, close to Central Park and within walking distance of Times Square.
The hotel facilities were top-notch, including spacious rooms and great lighting in the bathroom.
The staff were warm and friendly, with a receptionist going above and beyond to offer upgrades and even provide a toothbrush when needed.
The hotel's gift shop being open until 2 am was a pleasant surprise, and the comfortable bed allowed for a great night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with easy walking access to Central Park, Park Avenue, and multiple subway stations. We were able to explore the theater district, Lincoln Center, and the Upper West Side without any trouble. The views from our bedroom were absolutely stunning, giving us a marvelous look at the city. We were also impressed by the hotel staff, such as Diana, Adriana, and Debbie, who were always helpful and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, and the theater area made it extremely convenient for us.
