We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The deluxe room we were upgraded to was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in the center of the action on the strip was perfect, with a lovely promenade right outside and easy access to the Metro and transportation. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.

It was also conveniently located in the center of the strip, making it easy to get to other sites. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The AC in the room worked perfectly, keeping us cool in the hot Las Vegas weather. We were also delighted with the hotel's location, as it was right on the center of the strip, making it convenient for us to explore various areas of this city. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance to the main casinos and Caesar's Convention Center, which was a big plus for us. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel gave us a $20 off code for our Uber, which we used for our trip back to the airport. we highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue we encountered was the difficulty in finding reliable transportation.
We had to navigate a dangerous garage and nearly got run over since taxis couldn't pick us up.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. We found ourselves at the famous Caesars Palace almost every day, which was conveniently just across the street. The hotel's position on the Promenade meant we had access to a variety of activities and entertainment without having to venture far. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and responsive, providing assistance 24/7 through their text service. The pool area was also a pleasant surprise, with great music and a lively atmosphere.
