The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the historic 3rd Ward and close to the Lake. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with very clean rooms and excellent linens and towels. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The vintage feel and cozy interior gave us a warm and fuzzy feeling of being back in time. The fully loaded kitchens in the smaller rooms were a pleasant surprise, just like staying in a condo. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location in a charming neighborhood near the lake was convenient and gave us easy access to downtown across the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel was clean, had great facilities , and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the work station area, Juneau Park with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the art museum, as well as close proximity to Brewer's Hill. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious.
