Located in Gold Coast district, Thompson Chicago Hotel is next-door to the skyscraper 360 Chicago Observation Deck and a 10-minute ride from the scenic Chicago Riverwalk Walkway. Overlooking lake, this 4-star hotel welcomes guests with a daily continental breakfast.

The adjoining bar is also available. This Chicago hotel is about 5 minutes’ walk from Carmine's serving Italian dishes.

The striking-style accommodation puts you in the heart of Chicago, approximately a 25-minute walk of The Chicago Theatre. The public Cloud Gate Sculpture is also nearly 10 minutes' drive away.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. They even knew my name when I pulled up in my car! The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near fantastic restaurants and neighborhoods. It was conveniently close enough to downtown, making it easy to Uber or take a leisurely 25-minute walk. The lobby and bar were comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. My room had a stunning view of the neighborhood and was impeccably modern and clean.
The hotel had a fantastic location in the Gold Coast area, close to great restaurants and shops. The Nico Osteria restaurant for dinner was a delightful highlight. The staff were very helpful, even in getting us a ride back to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely walk-in shower.

The elegant lobby and friendly staff made me feel welcome and at home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the waterfront, The Loop, high-end shopping on Michigan Ave, and great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious and well-kept bathroom. The amenities like robes and slippers were a nice touch.

Thompson Chicago, Part Of Hyatt was a fantastic stay for us. We loved the cleanliness and gorgeous decor, making everything feel fresh and inviting. The staff was wonderful, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was super convenient, being close to everything. It was just a short walk to the nearest subway station, and not far from Downtown. Plus, being near the lake was an added bonus. The breakfast provided a nice selection of a la carte options. this hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects.
