We had a fantastic stay in a wonderful neighborhood, the Gold Coast. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the Gold Coast, but still close to the vibrant Magnificent Mile. The staff made us feel special with their friendly and helpful attitude. The hotel facilities were luxurious, with a beautiful lobby and a comfortable place for breakfast and snacks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a minimalist/Zen decor that we loved.
