We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from all the points of interest in downtown. We were able to easily walk to the river walk, the Chicago River, and all the downtown attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were modern and up to date. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the CBIC theater to see Hamilton, Navy Pier, and the beautiful river walk. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was included and provided a typical American breakfast.
