We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very near to the city center and close to the train station. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular tourist hotspots. The hotel facilities were modern and the rooms were clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Almost perfect, but we encountered a distressing incident during our stay.
However, despite this, the hotel did not offer a proper apology or any kind of concession or compensation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was close to the city center, making it convenient to explore everything. The rooms were tidy and clean, with spacious pod-style bunkbeds that were surprisingly comfortable. The curtains on the bunks provided more privacy than we're used to in a hostel. The bathrooms were cleaned to a good standard and there was a helpful indicator light to see if the bathroom was in use. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the free print service and 24-hour check-in and luggage storage.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, being right next to the train line and close to the station. It made it easy to travel around this city and visit most major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with clean dorm rooms and shared bathrooms. The facilities were great, especially the intimate private pods with curtains and individual lockers. The staff was friendly and always available to assist.
