We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The size of the suite was great, and the lobby and pool area were beautiful. The location was perfect - within an easy walk to many restaurants and shops, just off Canal and across from the French Quarter. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially the receptionist who got us adjoining rooms and the delightful young woman who served us breakfast and dinner. The southern hospitality was evident throughout the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room with a view was incredible and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The staff, especially Rory, were extremely helpful with our luggage and made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a perfect location, just across the street from the French Quarter, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was immaculate. We also loved the fact that it is located on Roosevelt Way, away from the busier areas of the city. The staff was warm and friendly, not stuffy, and we found the hotel to be well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby is truly amazing, filled with rich history and old-world charm. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and everything is well-maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. The location is perfect, being right off of Canal St and just a block away from the French Quarter. It was so convenient to walk to everything I needed, and transportation options like trolleys were easily accessible. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, with a spacious tub and plenty of hot water. I loved the walk-in closet and makeup table in the room. The late night room service menu was delicious, especially the ham and brie sandwich. The staff, especially Thaddeus, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the location was perfect, with everything in downtown within a 10-minute walk. I also enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby and the Christmas drink menu at the Sazerac Bar.
